Classic Pilates Mat Class
This class is an hour of traditional East Coast Pilates Mat work. You will be taken through a series of full body Pilates exercises performed one after the other. The class focuses on the “power house” strength (abdominals), strengthening and stretching the spine, increasing flexibility, promoting elongated musculature and developing muscular balance and coordination. The class is dynamic, fast paced and demands discipline and focus. Use of weights and tension bands may be added. All levels welcome and classes are 60 minutes.

Reformer on the Mat
Reformer on the Mat is an advanced class designed to take your Mat practice to the next level. Using select small apparatus to replicate key movements from the Universal Reformer, this 60-minute session helps build deeper strength, precision, and control while introducing the resistance and structure of classical apparatus work. Ideal for experienced movers looking to refine their technique and challenge their coordination, this class bridges the gap between Mat Pilates and studio equipment training. Classes are 60 minutes.

The Pilates Lab is a small-group training experience designed to deepen your Pilates practice beyond what Mat work alone can provide. Using the Springboard, Wunda Chair, and select small props, clients explore the Classical Pilates system with added resistance, feedback, and support. The sessions help refine technique, strengthen the powerhouse, improve coordination, and develop greater control through carefully guided apparatus-based exercises. With a maximum of four participants, The Lab offers focused instruction and the next best experience to a private session while building confidence on studio equipment. Completion of at least 10 Classic Pilates Mat classes and/or Private Pilates sessions is required.
The Pilates Lab is offered as a 4-week series with one session per week and is not bookable online. All sessions are 60 minutes.

Functional Nutrition Coaching sessions are based on client’s short or long term goals. A customized nutritional program is designed to complement your fitness program, carefully devised to be as effective, manageable and sustainable as possible based on your individual lifestyle. Services included with Fitness & Nutrition Accountability Program enrollment. All sessions are 45 minutes.
