Classic Pilates Mat Class

Our award-winning Classic Pilates Mat class is a 60-minute session rooted in traditional East Coast Classical Pilates. You will move through a continuous, full-body sequence designed to build strength, control, and precision from the inside out. The class emphasizes powerhouse (abdominal) strength, spinal support and mobility, improved flexibility, and the development of long, balanced musculature. Dynamic and fast-paced, each session demands focus, discipline, and a deep mind-body connection. Light weights and tension bands may be incorporated. All levels welcome.

Intro to Classic Pilates Mat

Offered once a month, this introductory class is designed to build a strong foundation in the Classical Pilates Mat system. In this 60-minute session, you will learn essential fundamentals, key Pilates terminology, and foundational principles while working through a basic mat sequence.

This class is ideal for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to refine their understanding of the method, and serves as a prerequisite for all Classic Mat classes to ensure a safe and effective practice.

Reformer on the Mat

Reformer on the Mat is an advanced class designed to take your Mat practice to the next level. Using select small apparatus to replicate key movements from the Universal Reformer, this 60-minute session helps build deeper strength, precision, and control while introducing the resistance and structure of classical apparatus work. Ideal for experienced movers looking to refine their technique and challenge their coordination, this class bridges the gap between Mat Pilates and studio equipment training. Classes are 60 minutes.

The Pilates Lab

The Pilates Lab is a small-group training experience designed to deepen your Pilates practice beyond what Mat alone can provide. Using the Springboard, Wunda Chair, and select small props, these sessions add resistance, feedback, and support to refine technique, strengthen the powerhouse, and improve coordination and control. With a maximum of four participants, The Lab offers focused instruction and the next best experience to a private session while building confidence on studio equipment. Completion of at least 10 Classic Pilates Mat classes and/or Private Pilates sessions is required.

The Pilates Lab is offered as a 4-week series (one session per week), is not bookable online, and all sessions are 60 minutes.

Classic Pilates Private Session

Our Classic Pilates Private Sessions offer a fully personalized approach to your practice. Each 60-minute session is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and experience level using the full Classical Pilates system. Whether you are recovering from injury, building strength, improving alignment, or preparing for more advanced work, our instructors provide precise guidance, hands-on support, and a structured path for long-term progress.

Duo & Trio Sessions

Duo and Trio Sessions offer a shared private Pilates experience for clients who wish to train together while still receiving personalized instruction. These 60-minute sessions follow the Classical Pilates system and are designed to support strength, alignment, and progression in a small, focused setting.

Participants must be at a similar level with no current injuries to ensure a safe and effective session.

New clients are required to complete a Private Pilates Consultation prior to booking.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt is a 30-minute, high-intensity, low-impact class designed to enhance your Pilates practice through interval-based, Pilates-inspired exercises. This dynamic session focuses on building strength, improving endurance, and elevating your heart rate while maintaining control, precision, and alignment. Ideal as a complement to your regular Pilates routine, Cardio Sculpt adds a challenging layer to support overall conditioning and stamina.

Participation requires active attendance in at least one other class per week. This class is complimentary for eligible active members, held once weekly, and is not bookable online.

Instructor approval is required to ensure a safe and appropriate experience.

Our Functional Nutrition Coaching sessions are designed to support your health, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Each 45-minute session provides a personalized approach to nutrition, helping you build sustainable habits that complement your Pilates practice and overall well-being. Whether your focus is improving energy, supporting weight management, or enhancing longevity, your plan is tailored to be effective, realistic, and aligned with your daily routine.

Fitness & Nutrition Accountability Program

Our Fitness & Nutrition Accountability Program is a comprehensive, results-driven experience designed to support weight management, strength, and long-term lifestyle change. This program includes 30 Private Pilates sessions, 30 Nutrition Consultations, and daily accountability check-ins to keep you consistent, supported, and progressing every step of the way. With a highly personalized approach to both movement and nutrition, this program is designed to create sustainable results that extend beyond the studio.

Space is limited to 3 clients per quarter.
